In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website or mobile application.

1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that any content, image, text, or software file available on 999sx.pk infringes upon your copyright, please submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice containing the following information:

  6. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our Copyright Agent containing:

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its original location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement consenting to local legal jurisdiction for any disputes regarding the content.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the copyright owner does not file a legal action seeking a court order within 10 to 14 business days, the removed content may be restored at our discretion.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with DMCA guidelines and fair use principles, 999SX reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to users or account holders who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
